Job Summary

Are you ready to elevate your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? We seek a Compliance Support Specialist (Intermediate level) to join our team at Equinix, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations meet the highest regulatory compliance standards. This position focuses on providing essential logistical support for compliance audits, managing compliance records, and generating insightful compliance reports.

Responsibilities

  • Audit Support: Provide comprehensive logistical support for internal and external compliance audits, coordinating audit evidence and ensuring timely resolution of findings to maintain compliance standards.
  • Certification Management: Maintain and distribute certification assets to stakeholders, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accessible for both internal and external parties
  • Management Systems: Update management system assets by initiating document change requests based on input from site personnel, and ensure adherence to local procedures that align with legislative and Equinix requirements
  • Reporting: Produce detailed compliance reports for local management, highlighting key performance indicators and metrics, and collaborating with senior team members for accuracy and insight
  • Training Development: Develop and track compliance training requirements, ensuring that all team members meet necessary standards and competencies, and conduct training sessions on internal tools and policies as needed
  • Investigation Support: Assist in investigations related to compliance issues, gathering evidence and supporting the implementation of corrective actions to address non-compliance matters effectively

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Spanish is a plus
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant compliance field is preferred
  • An Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
