Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- Experience selling business intelligence technologies to clients.
- 10 years of experience in a high-performance Partner Sales position.
- Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing sales activity within complex business cycles, including qualifying accounts and leveraging partner ecosystems.
- Industry knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and experience with the cloud ecosystem.
- Knowledge of trends, products, and solutions (including practical experience) in Cloud, BI, and Data and Analytics (BI frontend, data analytics middleware, backend data warehouse technologies, BigQuery, Looker, Dataproc, Pub/Sub).

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Partner Sales Lead you will help us grow our BI business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing partners. In this role, you are responsible for supporting a named group of sales teams in driving opportunities through the use of Google partners. You will bring a high degree of internal accuracy and discipline in execution of jointly accountable business plans with our global Partners. You will manage channel and direct deal forecast accountability for all customer-facing BI opportunities in our International markets.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$232,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Create and execute a global channel sales strategy in partnership with global and regional stakeholders from Partner and Product organizations.
- Drive the weekly forecast rhythm for the Global BI business, and drive demand generation activities with partners through events and campaigns through an industry focused plan in coordination with partner marketing.
- Manage relationships with sales managers across the globe, forging connectivity between the Partner Sales team and the Direct Sales teams, and participating in leadership conversations directly and through mandatory reporting requirements.
- Manage the role of the partner in each opportunity together with Google sales and Professional Services.
- Manage the commitments to driving forecast accuracy, partner attach in Salesforce, and attribution for consumption.
