Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in International rewards (Compensation or Benefits), Canadian Regulations and compliance requirements including leaves and absences.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented with proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and inform key decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for executive audiences to convey complex information clearly and succinctly through presentations, written communications, and verbal articulation.

Responsibilities
- Draw interpretable insights from data analysis and provide data-driven strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and monitor risks and record their evolution and influence on project/program objectives.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems and program goals, and communicate program vision and objectives to stakeholders.
- Establish and track processes, hold stakeholders accountable for following processes, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
