Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluenty as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in areas such as online ad sales, business-development, marketing or consulting sales.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence or collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain appropriate focus on details where necessary, and quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.

As an Agency Lead, you'll be the driving motivation behind a portfolio of agencies in Chile and Peru, developing and nurturing relationships to unlock incredible growth. Become a trusted advisor for agencies, leveraging your expertise to solve their biggest challenges and drive their success.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Analyze what levers are most effective in helping the team bring more business for their respective accounts. Approach teams with a unique plan/strategy and actionable ideas on how to drive more momentum given the maturity of their business, depth of relationships and opportunity.
  • Develop tri-plans that align Google, agency, and client account strategic imperatives.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of annual partnership plans that optimize business for Google and build the businesses/capabilities of agencies.
  • Educate agencies on all core products/innovations and the opportunities associated with partnering with Google, and provide air cover for the team and our training team.
