Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with advertising, consultative sales, business development, an online media environment, or a marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in consultative sales and account management.
  • Experience with German advertising landscape or Retail/E-Commerce clients.
  • Experience with Google Performance and branding solutions (e.g., Search, Video/YouTube, Display).
  • Ability to strategically develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to seek additional business development opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and delivery of a portfolio of key client activity, supporting in-quarter performance, return on investment, and identifying opportunities to expand that align with the Customers' Business Objectives.
  • Partner with fellow account team members and a diverse set of cross-functional partners (e.g., gTech, International Growth team, Product Specialists) to drive business opportunities that build long-term growth.
  • Position Google's AI solutions and challenge media investments through market and consumer insights.
  • Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop strategic plans and prepare compelling narratives to drive growth.
  • Plan, develop, activate, and maintain a pipeline that helps you run the business and maximize business impact.
