As an intern you will be a part of the 12 week summer internship program that will provide an exceptional learning experience and an opportunity to be a part of a company who is helping Americans find convenient and affordable healthcare. We are currently looking for hard-working, curious and eager students to join our team.
About the Role:
GoodRx is looking for a Voice of Customer (VoC) Intern to join the Patient Advocacy (PA) team, which is our customer support department. This role would report into the Senior Customer Experience Manager, Patient Advocacy. This role requires a curious, data-driven, and detail-oriented person who desires to help improve the human experience in a complex healthcare system.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will deep-dive and assess key GoodRx features and value propositions. Some possible areas of focus may be:
- Patient Advocacy (i.e. support team) call dispositioning
- Data analysis and reporting dashboards
- Survey feedback
- Focus groups with call center agents
Throughout the projects, findings and insights will be produced in collaborations with Business Intelligence (BI) partners to synthesize findings across data sources. Additionally, results will be shared with cross-functional stakeholder teams via regular updates.
The internship will culminate with a final presentation to internal stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include leveraging VoC resources to support ad hoc data requests, and improving VoC research platforms and processes to optimize how we capture and report on customer experience insights. Depending on the candidate, there will be other opportunities to own and/or collaborate on other key initiatives.
Basic Skills and Qualifications:
- Extremely curious, motivated, and ready to work hard!
- Willingness to take initiative and problem solve in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to analyze survey data and extract insights
- Ability to create charts and graphs to effectively illustrate data
- Critical thinking to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback, and tie it back to quantitative data and overall business impacts
- Stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Strong Google Slides & presentation skills
- Active listening skills for PA call listening and focus group sessions
- Ability to organize and present data to stakeholders and large audiences
- Experience with Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Docs is a plus
- Experience with survey and/or text analytics/sentiment analysis tools is a plus
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, to which you will return to in Fall 2025
- Expected graduation date between May or June 2027
- L.A.- based candidates who can work on-site 1-3 days/week
- Able to commit to full time internship program for 12 weeks during durning summer of 2025
Compensation rate for undergraduate students is $22.00 an hour.
