About this role

The Principal, Product Management - Partnerships, provides strategic leadership, vision, planning and management to their product area. They will support and deliver the product vision that helps GoodRx establish a meaningful connection with consumers. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering products at consumer-facing healthcare companies, managing subscription products, fostering strategic partnerships, and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and nurture partnerships with key players in the healthcare, wellness, and technology industries to expand subscription reach.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as pharmacies, insurers, and health organizations to create joint initiatives that enhance GoodRx consumer offerings.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that drive mutual value and support GoodRx's business goals.
  • Define and influence the organization's strategic direction, ensuring that product initiatives align with broader business objectives and market trends.
  • Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (design, engineering, marketing, customer experience, etc), and the leadership/executive team.
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners to align goals, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
  • Implement best-in-class product development practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience working on consumer products.
  • 5+ years of experience building B2B partnerships and integrations, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • 3+ years of experience working in healthcare technology.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based retention models, freemium strategies, and hybrid monetization models.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively using data and analysis to support product strategy and decisions.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
  • MBA or equivalent business education is a plus.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$226,000.00 - $361,000.00

New York Office:
$207,000.00 - $331,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$188,000.00 - $301,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$169,000.00 - $271,000.00
