About the Role

GoodRx is looking for a talented and motivated FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The candidate will support the Senior FP&A Manager and will play a critical role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across the company.

The FP&A Manager will be a trusted business partner and will collaborate cross functionally with finance, product, marketing, operations, data and other business stakeholders to support the planning and reporting process.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about financial modeling, able to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and able to collaborate as a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic finance partner to the Subscriptions and Telehealth business units by providing guidance, strategic insight and information to facilitate decision-making
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models that track and analyze funnel KPIs and consumption and their impact on the company's overall performance
  • Work closely with accounting and finance partners to ensure accurate data and information gathering
  • Drive complex financial modeling development, enhancement and maintenance
  • Proactively improve business/product planning process and systems to increase transparency, accountability, and accuracy and drive better decision-making
  • Partner with the data team to understand existing data, align on definitions and data sources, and automate reporting infrastructure for real-time insights
  • Support monthly financial and performance reporting, review results with partners and identify any business risks and opportunities and recommend course of actions
  • Assist with developing finance and business presentations and related supporting materials for investors, board members, and senior leadership

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting or combination of relevant education, experience, or training
  • 5+ years of relevant finance experience. Investment banking, management consulting, accounting, or corporate finance experience are all pluses
  • A proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple manner
  • Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills, SQL and dashboarding/visualization tool (e.g. Looker) proficiency is a plus
  • Self-starter who is able to deliver in a dynamic environment under tight timelines and changing priorities; must be "hands-on"
  • Excellent team player that can also work well independently and with limited direction; highly driven and self-motivated
  • High level of business acumen, the ability to analyze and assess opportunities and issues within the business
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$108,000.00 - $173,000.00

New York Office:
$99,000.00 - $158,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$81,000.00 - $130,000.00
