Join our fin-tech culture within a Blue-Chip company where we are changing the way we use technology to support our customer and business.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Tech Standards & Enterprise Reusable Services capability to drive standardization and promote reuse as part of our NorthStar architecture. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and managing strategic technology initiatives related to architecture. Your expertise in program management, development practices, enterprise architecture, and financial services combined with a sound set of technical skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects and initiatives.We want a visionary leader to accelerate our transformation journey! What makes you the ideal leader?

  • Develop and refine high-impact executive messaging, including CTO strategy presentations, thought leadership articles, and internal/external communications.
  • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, whitepapers, and knowledge articles to articulate technical initiatives, program updates, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO and senior leaders, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment in all communications.
  • Manage and maintain the CTO's SharePoint sites, Confluence pages, and knowledge repositories, ensuring up-to-date and easily accessible content.
  • Build and develop effective relationships with engineering, product, security, and operations teams to gather technical insights and craft executive-ready narratives.
  • Lead strategic communication initiatives, ensuring messages resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as a bridge between technology and business, ensuring alignment of key messages across the enterprise.
  • Support the CTO Delivery group in communication planning activities across goals, OKRs, KPIs etc.
  • Establish and continuously improve content governance processes, templates, and best practices to enhance communication effectiveness.
  • Drive standardization in reporting, dashboarding, and visualization of key technical programs and initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and storytelling to support executive decision-making.
  • Assist with change management activities for the team and beyond
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving operational efficiency within the program
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Conform with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

What Makes You A Dream Candidate?

  • Experience in managing communications for technology modernization project teams using a variety of supporting technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different levels of hierarchy
  • Strong understanding of program and project management practices and demonstration of essential supporting soft skills
  • Strong content creation/design/storytelling skills to aid in the development of communications materials for executive and stakeholder consumption
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and visually engaging executive materials.
  • Expertise in developing PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, whitepapers, and knowledge management content with a strong eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles required
  • 3-5 years of experience as a technical program management or development manager required
  • Financial services industry experience preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Scrum Master Certification preferred
