Responsibilities
About the role:
GM Financials' Adobe Campaign Developer will be responsible for managing automation experiments and will own the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. The goal is to deliver a unified, personal experience for our customers.
In this role, you will:
- Require advanced knowledge of Adobe Campaign v7/v8, Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar email/communication automation platform
- Passionate about the digital landscape with desire for continuous learning and testing through experiments
- Deep understanding of multi-channel best practices and building multi-channel workflows
- Experience with audience segmentation and targeting based on specific criteria and data points
- Vast understanding of data structure and management
- Develop reporting that closely tracks campaign results and identify learnings to support optimization
- Collaborate cross-functorially with Digital Designers, Marketing Strategists, Product Owners and Analysts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Conform with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications

Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
- 4-6 years experience with Adobe Campaign automation workflow development, or similar platform required
