Responsibilities

About the role:

GM Financials' Adobe Campaign Developer will be responsible for managing automation experiments and will own the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. The goal is to deliver a unified, personal experience for our customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Require advanced knowledge of Adobe Campaign v7/v8, Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar email/communication automation platform
  • Passionate about the digital landscape with desire for continuous learning and testing through experiments
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel best practices and building multi-channel workflows
  • Experience with audience segmentation and targeting based on specific criteria and data points
  • Vast understanding of data structure and management
  • Develop reporting that closely tracks campaign results and identify learnings to support optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functorially with Digital Designers, Marketing Strategists, Product Owners and Analysts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Conform with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • 4-6 years experience with Adobe Campaign automation workflow development, or similar platform required
