As the company scales, we’re expanding our Product, Design, and Creative teams to continue driving our success and growth. That’s where you come in.

You’ll be the second dedicated recruiter for our product, design, and creative departments, helping to identify and bring in the best talent to fuel our growth. In addition to supporting these core teams, you'll collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to provide recruiting support for other departments as needed.
You will report to the Lead Product Recruiter. This role will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in our New York City office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment for product management, design, and creative roles, ensuring a deep understanding of these domains and their unique talent needs
- Partner with leaders across product and design to deeply understand their hiring needs and act as a strategic thought partner
- Analyze conversion metrics throughout the pipeline and provide recommendations on how to make our processes more efficient
- Manage the entire offer process end to end including extending offers
- Build and maintain a strong network of talent within the product and creative fields, ensuring a proactive pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Support hiring across other functions as needed based on priorities
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at a high-growth technology company or startup with at least 1 year of experience focusing on Product, Design, or Creative
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion and excitement for building exceptional teams
- An ability to operate with a high sense of urgency while not compromising on quality and attention to detail

The starting base salary for this role in New York, is between $105,000-$130,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
