About the Role

GlossGenius is building a differentiated and growth-oriented talent environment. As the Director of People Operations, you will own the day-to-day people operations function. You’ll build, manage, and develop a world-class team across all core areas of people operations: business partnership, talent management, employee experience, total rewards and compensation, training and development, employee relations, HRIS/internal systems, and compliance. You will be both strategic and hands-on, a builder and an operator, and a key contributor to our talent ecosystem as we scale.

  • You have a strong working knowledge of core areas of HR expertise, including compliance, employee relations, performance management, and total compensation
