Role Description
The Senior Software Manager, Salesforce role is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce engineer who is looking for a rewarding opportunity. The Senior Software Manager, Salesforce will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers in the development and delivery of software and systems that are key to Fiber's growth, success, and customer satisfaction. The Senior Software Manager must have a deep understanding of Salesforce engineering and be able to work across all layers of a web software stack (front end, back end, APIs, database, and/or data pipeline). The Senior Software Manager must also be able to execute with high quality in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.

In this role, you'll:
- Leading and managing a team of engineers
- Designing, developing, and testing software and systems
- Working with stakeholders, analysts, other engineers, and engineering teams to define and deliver software and systems requirements
- Troubleshooting, optimizing and resolving software and systems issues
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in Salesforce engineering including CPQ, OrderManagement & Billing
- Hands-on experience in all layers of a web software stack (front end, back end, APIs, database, and/or data pipeline)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting experience
- Communication and interpersonal experience
It's preferred if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in vlocity , practical working experience in Zuora is a plus
- Team management and vendor management experience
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
- Ability to work in an agile and sometimes ambiguous environment
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $209,000 - $230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
