Role Description
As a Customer Acquisition Manager (CAM), you will help develop and manage the day-to-day execution of the market-level strategy for door-to-door and small/medium business sales channels. You will be charged with leading a team to drive toward the achievement of sales goals required for customer growth. You will also work cross-functionally with local teams to support customer satisfaction efforts and ensure field escalations are resolved in a timely manner.

In this role, you'll:
- Develop data-driven tactical plans for the execution of the local door-to-door sales, retail, and Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) strategy.
- Manage the hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day operations of our local door-to-door Sales team, including daily/weekly meetings, training, reporting, and field coaching.
- Partner with national retail manager and assigned retail vendor to oversee the daily operations of retail locations and be the local point of contact for retail vendor management team.
- Work with local sales support coordinator to manage local field escalations for all assigned channels and ensure they are resolved within service-level agreement goals.
- Gather local market insights and create sales reports for the dissemination of relevant field sales information to the local head of sales and other local/regional leaders.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in sales management or operations.
- Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Sheets or spreadsheet software), Salesforce, or a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to measure sales performance or operational challenges.
- Experience managing projects and reporting to executive-level stakeholders.
It's preferred if you have:
- Experience building and motivating direct Sales teams, door-to-door sales, and/or managing Sales Vendor teams in the Telecom Industry.
- Experience managing diverse extended workforce teams to achieve business goals.
- Ability to recruit, manage, and retain a Sales team with demonstrated goal attainment.
- Ability to manage daily operations, projects, and tasks to completion with limited supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders, including the executive leadership team, peers, managers, etc.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $102,000-$113,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
