Managing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including inventory, receiving, storage, and shipping. Ensure that materials are handled safely and efficiently, and that warehouse goals are met.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Coordinate and performing a daily inspection of the warehouse activities
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and warehouse team member performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Interface with customers (line production) to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

• Min. D3 supply chain management, Engineering from local or international reputable university
• Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse activities,
• Capable to write a working report,
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive change.
• Good command of MS Office Skills (especially MS Excel)
• Have experience / knowledge using SAP
• Have knowledge of bonded zone administration procedure
