Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a dynamic warehouse team? At Schneider Electric, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our operations and drive continuous improvement!
Key Responsibilities:
Core Process:
- Manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in the warehouse, including handling reported incidents and near misses.
- Ensure the necessary resources (load/capacity) and skills are in place to meet our warehousing program commitments.
- Apply defined processes and procedures to maintain the required quality level.
- Implement maintenance levels 1 & 2 to ensure effective production means.

Continuous Improvement:
- Manage the SIM cycle 1-2 process, adhering to SPS principles.
- Optimize shop floor performance and efficiency through SIM (cycle 3 & 4).
- Lead level 1-2 of the suggestions system.
- Drive and sustain 5S actions for a clean and organized workspace.
Job Skills:
- Responsible for employee training and ensuring the competence levels needed to meet customer demand.
Information System / Database:
- Input performance data into the Information System (dashboards cycle 1 & 2).
- Apply defined rules for the use of information systems (SAP, Kanban, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
