Responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and/or external customers. Partners with functional owner to define requirements. Works with technical team internal and external to the initiative to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. Ensures project management practices are followed and improved as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Act as single point of contact for plant leadership & managing directors, being the interface with global teams and CIO's
  • Lead Change Management & Adoption of Global Standard solutions for Wind Manufacturing
  • Develop Standard work for sustained of usage & continued adoption of deployed solutions
  • Develop long-term functional partnership; working with the global manufacturing team to design, enable, adopt, update/deploy, execute global standards
  • Partner with Lean to ensure the DT roadmap for local business is aligned to the global strategy
  • Primary contact and lead for last mile delivery of key CTO services (Network Circuit, Network Cabling, Security & other Building & Facilities Systems)
  • Direct local MyTech Experience (incl Lounge & SOS Technicians) & be accountable to right level of support
  • Manage facility DT topics (e.g. building extensions / change, rooftop consolidations, etc.)
  • Drive Digital Manufacturing strategic solutions deployment, adoption and utilization, Advocate standards & Transform
  • Ensure operations of existing solutions with Visibility to end-to-end issue resolution
  • Ensure site operation on core & non core infrastructure an continuity plan & execution
  • Support the rollout of DT programs aligned to all functional domains
  • Drive Cost out on Site / Legal entity level
  • Effectively communicate (i.e. status, issues, budget, and risk) to leadership and other various levels of the factory leadership
  • Be a Digital "change agent", identifying and understanding capabilities being driven at the company level, driving "re-use" where possible
  • Support site compliance to policies, standards and rules as defined by CISO organization, unions & works council.
  • Ensure compliance to DT processes, standards and strategy.
  • Manage local program portfolio, while maintaining visibility In DT financials

Required Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in IT, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years professional work experience, within Supply Chain or Manufacturing

  • Manufacturing exposure through business engagement, including factory value stream processes, Planning, Sourcing & Logistics
  • Experience working with others on a global basis
  • Applies knowledge to coach and mentor others
  • Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
  • Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
  • Change oriented - actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
  • PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications

The salary range for this position is $102,200 - $170,300 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation. This posting is expected to close on July 19th.
