Staff Technical Project Manager

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end project management for applications deployments, ensuring successful delivery and good quality.
• Partner with business stakeholders at the India region and global Grid automation Digital technology level, collaborating with process owners from inquiry to order (ITO) and order to remittance (OTR). Support business to alleviate their DT domain's pain points, identify solutions with support from respective functional DT domain leaders, follow-ups, and decide permanent roadmap solutions.
• Drive GA DT application harmonization and simplification, rationalizing commercial, supply chain, quality, finance, engineering, and HR domain processes.
• Plan and execute GA digital transformation (DT) roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with strategic business objectives and priorities.
• Support business process consulting for SAP processes, working together with architects from the SAP factory team.
• Manage projects involving app hosting, including cloud hosting, virtualization, and containerization, and facilitate bridging collaboration between business requestors and DT technical teams.
• Local server & apps management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Project Manager in applications development, covering .NET, SQL DB, and cloud/on-premise hosting.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes, especially in inquiry to order (ITO) and order to remittance (OTR) processes, along with commercial, supply chain, quality, finance, engineering, and HR applications.
• Strong SAP consulting expertise, with knowledge of SAP modules and implementation methodologies.
• Familiarity with app hosting concepts, basic coding principles, and collaboration with technical teams.
• Proven track record in project management for application deployments, with successful outcomes of high quality.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders at both regional and global levels.
• Experience in driving application simplification, harmonization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Certification in project management methodologies such as Agile or IT application portfolio management.
• Proactive attitude, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
