Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervisory roles (i.e. site manager) that are responsible for ENTIRE scope of site activities during ITO and/or OTR phase, acting under the direction and on behalf of the overall project leader. Leads site
- Team and manages execution of the project scope of work. Could also be managing multiple sites for the project. Ensures EHS, schedule, quality and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations.
- Typically a 1st line manager of professionals or a 2nd line manager of a professional department. Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 15 years of work experience in Construction/Project Management/operations
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong experience of running & leading Construction scope within projects related to T&D infrastructure (Sub-stations)
- Good understanding of requirements of state, central utilities w.r.t T&D infrastructure projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
