Position Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Implementation Consultant, to join our Northern Europe Consulting team (AEC), as part of our Enterprise Programme working with Autodesk's largest customers.
You will be fully remote, based in the Netherlands, reporting to the Manager, North Europe Consulting (AEC) as an individual contributor.
You will combine your construction industry experience with your in depth understanding of design and engineering processes.
You will work directly with our enterprise customers to offer consulting services including process and workflow review/development, implementation and deployment strategies, software training and technical guidance as well as industry expertise to ensure customers are maximising the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies.

Responsibilities
- Guide customers in the best application of Autodesk solutions
- Lead Autodesk consulting engagements with customers
- Create and manage processes, priorities and deliverables
- Demonstrate proposed solutions and product overviews and relate them to the customer's business issues
- Communicate to customers via a range of means including guides, process diagrams, flow charts, and best practices guides
- Configure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirements
- Define migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk products
- Build relationship with key internal stakeholders including product team(s) to ensure you are across product roadmap(s)
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in English and Dutch languages, excellent written and oral skills
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the Construction industry with exposure to the entire construction lifecycle: design, plan, build and operate
- Facilitation experience, both onsite and remote
- Love to learn and enjoy solving problems
- Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related degree
- Advanced knowledge Autodesk Construction Cloud, including all the products: Build, Take Off, BIM Collaborate, Docs...
- Profiency in Revit and Navisworks
- Ability to understand new or unfamiliar concepts quickly
- Innovative, creative thinker with a strong business acumen
- Travel up to 50% to Autodesk events and customer meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Real-world experience with other Autodesk products
- Consulting / professional services experience with large, demanding customers
- Manage between two and five projects at a time, setting the right priorities
- Familiarity with ISO19650
