S&SS - Sales & Business Development,
- Responsible for finding and developing new market opportunities to improve sales of the S&SS portfolio of products, services, solutions, and projects including direct and indirect business.
- Responsible for formulating and maintaining key account strategy plans, including EPC's, consultants/owner's engineers, major end users, key targeted projects and utilities
- Maps key stakeholders within key strategic customers and build good relationship.
- Builds and enhances the working relationships with other GE Businesses
- Achieve the orders, margin, down payments, past dues, and other country specific and product line commercial KPI's defined
- Formulates and executes proposal strategy, sales agreements and drives customer negotiations
- Works with and drives the commercial / Product Line teams to formulate deal structure, pricing, and proposal development.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Business from an accredited university
- Minimum 10 years of project executions involving leading major construction, commissioning and operations project as well as extensive and proven leadership experience within sales and commercial
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
- Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- Ability to develop influential customer relationships, plans, sales strategies, presentations, and proposals.
- Strong customer mindset.
- Strong influence and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of GE's and customer financial drivers / needs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively lead a multi-functional team and operate in a matrix organization.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of market economics, competitive landscape, technology and projects.
- Strong understanding of the commercial and project operations processes
- Strong financial analysis skills including forecasting
