Job Description Summary

The Project Fulfillment Leader (PFL) is responsible for managing projects for a seamless execution in a consistent, timely, and high-quality manner. This consists of managing project kick-off meetings and project communications, validation of commitment dates, coordination with Engineering, Sourcing and Logistics, as well as the technical coordination between teams during project start-up and execution.

Job Description

Rôles et Responsabilités

  • Participe et challenge l'ITO avant le transfert vers l'OTR (étape ERRM R3)
  • Facilite le transfert ITO/OTR
  • Challenge les responsablesd'équipe pour L'identificationde l'équipe de projet.
  • Participe à la création du planning d'ingénierie
  • Effectue le suivides livrables du projet (Interne et externe)
  • Aide à compléterla nomenclature des accessoires machine (Accessories)du projet
  • Gère l'exécution du projet pour les accessoires, ce qui inclut de s'assurer que l'ingénierie de la centraleà cycle combiné répond à toutes les exigences et aux délais du projet, facilite les changements, s'assure que le travail sur les accessoires est terminé dans les heures allouées par l'ingénierie projet.
  • Supprime les obstacles à l'exécution fluide de l'équipe de projet
  • Gère et atténue les risques liés aux accessoires en travaillant avec l'équipe de projet et les CTH.
  • Aide les équipes projetà obtenir des informations pour répondre aux besoins desclients (Internes et exxternes) aux dates requises par le contrat pour les plans et définitions techniques.

Qualifications requises

  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, génie chimique ou autre diplôme équivalent en technologie
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience technique pertinente
  • Forte expertise en GT, ST, accessoire Gen, Plant System ou équipement centrale
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais oral et écrit
  • Communication efficace et compétences organisationnelles
  • Capacité à travailler avec succès dans un environnement matriciel tout en gérant plusieurs projets et priorités
  • Solides compétences verbales, écrites et de présentation, à l'aise dans la communication en anglais
  • Compétences démontrées en matière de leadership, de gestion de projet et d'influence.
  • Rechercher et accepter activement le changement
  • Orienté client et état d'esprit mondial (Equipes pluriculturelles)
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à atteindre les objectifs avec une communication transparente

  • Connaissances de base sur les composants de la centrale électrique et son fonctionnement
  • Connaissance des turbines à gaz/turbines à vapeur/alternteursde turbines ou des accessoires d'installations pétrolières et gazières et des systèmes auxiliaires.
  • Capacité à présenter efficacement des informations à la direction de projet et fonctionnelle ainsi qu'aux clients, sous-traitants et fournisseurs.

  • Manages project execution for accessories which includes ensuring Combined Cycle Plant Engineering meets all requirements and timelines of the project, facilitates changes, ensures accessories work is completed within hours allocated by Project Engineering
  • Removes impediments for project team to execute smoothly
  • Manages and mitigates risks related to accessories by working with project team and CTHs
  • Supports Engineers to obtain inputs to meet customer need/contract required dates for drawings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other equivalent degree in technology
  • Significant relevant technical experience
  • Strong expertise in GT, ST, Gen accessory, Plant System or Plant equipment
  • Effective Communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a matrix environment while managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in English
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management and influencing skills
  • Actively seek and embrace change
  • Customer focused and Global mindset
  • Ability to work in teams and achieve targets with seamless communication

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $ 53,400.00 - 76,300.00 USD Annual.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This Lead Professional Band position is also eligible for a performance bonus.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
