We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Information Manager (PIM) to join our dynamic team.
The Project Information Manager will oversee the execution of project information management standards on an assigned BWRX-300 capital project. The PIM will collaborate with project teams in the early phases of the project lifecycle to establish appropriate standards, data models, and information management roadmaps. As the project progresses, the PIM will transition to coordinating with follow-on project teams to ensure adherence to these standards and their consistent application throughout the project.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
As a Project Information Manager, you will support BWRX-300 Project Delivery by collaborating internally and externally in the following manner:
- Implement the project information management and technology strategy during the design and execution phases. Interact with internal and/or external customers and product managers to understand customer needs and timelines.
- Collaborate on the maintenance and execution of information management plans and processes to ensure the effective collection, storage, and dissemination of data throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with document control and configuration management teams to maintain compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while also ensuring all project files and records are current and accurately reflect project deliverables.
- Analyze information management project data, maintain dashboards, identify information management risks, communicate status/issue to stakeholders, and propose effective solutions to project challenges.
- Collaborate with Information Technology and Cyber Security teams to meet organizational and regulatory requirements in areas not limited to access control, data management, export controls and others.
- Provide training for project teams on information management tools and best practices and offer ongoing support for data-related inquiries.
- Demonstrate increasing understanding of project management
- Demonstrate awareness of industry trends and domain expertise
- Demonstrate ability to influence project stakeholders including customers and project managers through persuasion and influencing
- Identify information management lessons learned on the projects and work with the various functions to drive improvement in GEH's global standards for future projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project management, Information Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or construction management.
Eligibility Requirements
- The preferred work location for this role is at the GEH Headquarters in Wilmington, NC; but highly qualified (US based) remote candidates will be considered.
- This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP - Project Management Professional certification.
- Experience in Construction of large capital projects, particularly in Project Information Management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 19650 concepts and application.
- Ideal candidate would have at least 2 Capital Projects completed from start to finish in an Information Management Capacity.
- Experience in the Nuclear Industry.
- Ability to articulate information effectively and concisely, both written and verbal, to team members, senior management, and customers.
- Ability to train a global team in the field of project information management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of an overall program vision and ability to align resources, processes and outcomes to that vision.
- Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs.
- Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources.
- Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge and build project teams.
- Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required.
- Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.
- Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting.
- Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations.
- Has initiative to stay current on technology trends.
- Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.
- Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.
- Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices.
- Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team.
- Shares knowledge, power, and credit, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill.
- Able to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility.

The base pay range for this position is $99K - $140K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 4/14/25.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
