About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NDT FPI Technician (Level 2 Certified) to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our turbine components through meticulous non-destructive testing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) on a wide range of turbine components in accordance with established procedures and industry standards.
- Utilize various NDT equipment and techniques to detect surface defects and ensure component integrity.
- Accurately document inspection findings, including photographs and detailed reports.
- Interpret and analyze FPI results to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of all inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Level 2 certification in Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) from a reputable certifying body.
- Proven experience in performing FPI inspections on aeroderivative turbine components.
- Excellent understanding of NDT principles and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with other NDT methods such as Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) or Eddy Current Testing (ECT).
- Knowledge of aeroderivative turbine operations and maintenance.
