Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
组织设备故障的会诊，对现场维修工作提供技术支持
承担设备设施大修、项修技术准备工作及新设备的安装、调试和技术消化工作，并能对维修工进行技术培训
制定设备维修计划并跟踪落实
参与对相关部门设备维护工作的指导、监督、评估，参与处理重大设备事故
参与设备采购并为采购提供技术支持
组织参与以减少设备故障为目标的持续改进工作
策划、组织、实施设备维修程序，对维修成本进行控制和分析
