Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Uppsala team. This role is pivotal in improving maintenance assignments and increasing technical availability, ensuring our equipment operates flawlessly. By joining us, you will play a substantial role in encouraging a proactive maintenance culture that improves operational uptime, enhances safety, and reduces costs.

As an Maintenance Engineer you will:

  • Enhance maintenance assignments and improve technical availability
  • Resolve and rectify technical issues with outstanding expertise
  • Develop preventive maintenance tasks to ensure flawless equipment operation
  • Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and reliability
  • Conduct data analysis to determine areas for improvement
  • Integrate new technologies to maintain world-class operational standards
  • Cultivate collaboration among teams with diverse expertise to successfully implement solutions
  • Develop a culture of proactive maintenance and continuous improvement with tools as TPM

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • A strong background in solving issues, preventive maintenance, and process optimization.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and technology integration
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams
  • Ambition to drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding results
  • A degree in engineering or a related subject area, or equivalent experience in the field
