Roles and Responsibilities
• Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements. Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development. Assists in customer negotiations. Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth. Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process. This is a hybrid role only to be used when both sales origination and commercial proposal activities are ongoing duties of roughly equal importance. If not, use another distinct area of work.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.

• In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final conclusions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at targets.

Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Required Qualifications
• This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Sales and Proposal. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Preferably have more than three years of working experience in High voltage switch field.
• Good English reading, spoken and written English skill. Actively learn knowledge in work-related fields, strong independence and certain coordination ability.
