Job Description Summary
The Sourcing Finance Analyst is an integral part of the Wind Global Supply Chain Finance team helping to track and measure sourcing and product performance of the wind turbine and its components. The candidate will be responsible for implementing financial processes and rigor for sourcing purchasing performance metrics across Wind including for both cost and cash. In addition they will partner with sourcing operations to understand key drivers and progress toward KPIs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and calculate product cost inflation/deflation and sourcing KPIs across GE Wind business
- Global execution of financial planning and analysis activities, supporting planning, pacing, and closing activities. Analyze cost of goods sold data, purchase price variances, and supply chain variances to provide critical insights to product cost and financial performance.
- Coordinate and partner with sourcing operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and quantify opportunities for cost improvement and/or risks and support supplier negotiations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance / Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting areas
- Knowledge of ERP systems and how to operate them. Oracle / SAP preferred.

- Excellent organizational skills and planning skills. Energetic, enthusiastic, self-starter
