Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technology Leadership - Serve as the OT2.0 technology owner with an in-depth understanding of all related technologies /functions (CoEs), associated processes (Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction), beyond what is practiced today in GEV HRSG business
- Product Development and Solutions - Drive and contribute to the definition and development of a new product and solution, by leveraging state of the art simulation software and physical mockup tests, actively engaging in brainstorming and strategy sessions while mentoring team members to encourage innovative problem-solving
- Technical Coordination - Facilitate technical coordination and arbitration among different functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication to achieve project goals
- Problem Resolution / Risk Management - Take the lead in driving problem resolution / risk management and finding effective solutions, employing analytical skills and technical expertise to address challenges as they arise.
- Assessment Methodologies - Review and define assessment methods and tools that will be employed to evaluate project outcomes and ensure quality standards are met.
- NPI Team Leadership - Lead the development team from a technical standpoint, managing tasks and priorities while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Development Planning - Support NPI lead and SIE in planning the development activities, outlining project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure efficient progress.
- Execution readiness - Transition product & engineering processes gradually from an NPI state to an execution ready state by defining / adjusting current tool and process landscape.
- Manage all aspects of existing OT technology - site validation & performance, customer escapes (NCR), lessons learned, technical standards & design practices, RCA and CAPA for issue resolution.

Required Qualifications
- This role requires significant experience in the Engineering/Technology, Thermal and Mechanical design and integration of Heat Recovery Steam Generators.
- This role requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field of study.
- This role requires an advanced knowledge of HRSGs, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the base product technology.

The base pay range for this position is 127,900.00 - 213,100.00 USD Annual . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% bonus.
