We are seeking a talented and proactive engineer to join our team, focusing on the design and development of high voltage bushings. This role is integral to our product development and continuous improvement initiatives, emphasizing cost reduction, manufacturability, and standardization. You will also play a crucial role in root cause analysis to enhance product quality.

• Supports the R&D Manager in the preparation and developing of the R&D plan.
• Conduct basic electric and magnetic field analysis.
• Perform advanced thermal and mechanical analysis.
• Participate in the development and introduction of new products and technologies, including project gate reviews.
• Contribute to the development of technical standards for engineering and manufacturing procedures.
• Collaborate with the International R&D Team on specific projects and participate in international standard committees.
• Support cost and quality root cause analysis projects.
• Exercise judgment and propose innovative solutions to complex manufacturing processes, utilizing technical expertise and analytical thinking.
• Leverage multiple internal and limited external resources to make informed decisions.
