GE Vernova is on a mission to electrify the world while decarbonizing it. We are looking for our next generation of Human Resources talent to power the future of our new company. The GE Vernova Human Resources Leadership Program focuses on early career professionals, with prior work experience, who are looking to grow their career in Human resources through HR experiential learning that will help build leadership potential and develop skills to be a successful full-time HR professional. Additionally, when you join on HRLP, you gain access to a global community of HR professionals who have a passion to innovate and a strong desire to make a difference.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, business, psychology or related field with GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Prior full-time work experience required.
• Must be geographically mobile within country. Relocation assistance provided.
• The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
