Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal use of their time.
- Support the leadership team with admin and project deliverables as required.
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics of executive meetings and events, including venue selection, attendee management, and technology setup to ensure smooth execution, including managing/submitting travel expenses.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed, which may include research, analysis, and coordination with other departments or external organizations.
- Partner with our Regional Delivery Leaders to support project deliverables.
- Work across a highly matrixed organization, (regions, businesses, technology) ensuring our leadership team have both the admin and project support needed.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in an admin and project role
Desired Characteristics
- Demonstrated strong accountability and ownership of deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to present information in a clear and succinct manner
- Ability to use excel, word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Experience of working in an executive administrator and project management role
- Experience working in a global role with multiple executives and project commitments
The salary range for this position is 76,800.00 - 96,000.00 - 115,200.00 USD Annual . The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
