About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will support two senior leaders in Product Management, serving as their go-to person for calendar management, strategic prioritization, team engagement, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional communication, and ensuring the team operates smoothly. You will report to the Executive Business Partner on our Administrative Team. This will is eligible to work remote, based in USA, with occasional travel for org-related events and offsites.

What We're Looking For...
- 3-5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to diagnose challenges and implement creative solutions.
- Adaptability & flexibility to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with leaders, product managers, designers, engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in technology, product, or engineering environments is a plus!

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
