Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide all administrative support for the Power Joint Venture CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Avenza (Carrara) Manufacturing Facility as needed.
  • Schedule/maintain/update daily calendar of appointments; determine importance of meeting requests and schedule accordingly; manage domestic and international itineraries, coordinating related travel arrangements globally (airline, hotel, car rental, visa, etc.)
  • Act as liaison with all external offices. Be well versed in dealing and interacting with high caliber executives
  • Responsible for a system of follow-up on all internal and external scheduling and miscellaneous issues
  • Maintain a high level of executive office organization including databases, outlook address books, distribution lists, files and contacts
  • Coordinate meetings, events and materials for participants
  • Provide updates and comprehensive information to Senior Leader as needed
  • Manage all communications as needed (through email, phone and other messages) and ensure they are delivered in timely manner
  • Support Sourcing activities, when needed, with PO Release and Check
  • Other duties as assigned including special projects as requested with demonstrated flexibility and understanding

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or proven previous experience as an executive level administrative support
  • Fluency in English Language both in writingn and peaking
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort in working with developing technologies

  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, demanding and fast-developing environment and to resolve most conflicts based on own initiative
  • Dynamic, agile, flexible, independent self-starter
