The North Europe Grid System Integration (GSI) team delivers a wide range of turnkey high voltage AC and DC transmission projects to its Customers in the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia.

Responsible for the delivery of ACS Turnkey Projects.

The Project Manager shall plan, manage and deliver all projects from transfer through to Provisional Acceptance Certificates (PAC) and final cash collection, ensuring that any additional business opportunities are pursued.

Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and maximum project margin and value.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Small to Medium scale Turnkey Projects or Product / Equipment-Only Projects.
  • Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and / or management of project resources for small-medium sized projects that may include equipment-only, suites of products or non-turnkey projects.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines.
  • Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy / strategy.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers.
  • In-depth understanding their team's cooperation with other teams and contribution to the area.
  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters, with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
  • May use multiple internal sources to arrive to decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / certification with relevant experience)
  • Technical skills and analytic thinking.
  • Being able to work independently
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Ability to hire and develop talents and provides informal guidance to new team members as well.
