The Tx Finance Lead Analyst ensures the transactional operational plan for EMEA customers financial goals of Onshore Wind Services by acting as the primary interface between, ITO/OTR, Finance, Commercial and Services Operations and Tx project Management teams.

Essential Responsibilities:
As the Tx Finance Lead Analyst, you will:
Support weekly pacing rhythms and planning cycles
- Develop & manage the financial plan for Transactional stream across EMEA with $80M annual revenues, for the entire commercial lifecycle, that complies with GE controllership policy. Identify financial risks and opportunities to manage operational uncertainty that achieves the financial plan.
- Submit weekly txl report for western regions ( both financial and operational), and consolidate total EMEA operational report.
- Elaborate weekly vPW walk for western regions, and consolidate total EMEA
- Weekly Consolidate total EMEA R&O
- Support on consolidate and submit total EMEA forecast and OP.

Supporting quarter close and reconciliations
- Elaborate vPW and vOP walks, and participate in closing calls.
- Consolidate back up and submit (Races) /request (Non-Races) MJE
- Reconciliation preparer in ARM
- Support ad hoc request for audits.
- Consolidate and report Txl rev rec touchpoint with controllership.
Support ad hoc Commercial request and business cases
- CFM reviewer and approver for Risk request in SFDC Txl deals.
- Ad hoc request for rev rec rules.
- Support post mortem reviews.
Partner with Txl sales team to grow Sales/deliver on the target CM
- Drive linearity analysis ( actuals vs estimates) , escalate eventually disconnects and search for fix if needed.
- Escalate WON deals not paced.
- Top 5 deals track in quarter estimates: consolidate project details ( SR, SO, PO) and follow up with the team timely submission in the system.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field from an accredited university or college (or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of Wind Services Finance experience).
- Minimum of five years of working experience in Wind Services Finance, operations or business management role.
