The Early Career Training is a 12 months program, and it is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform in the selected role. This program will help you in developing general Sales Skills and provide you on-the- job knowledge to develop client relationship and business development.

In line with Emiratization requirements preference will be given to qualified Emirati nationals.

• Identify and develop potential opportunities through client engagement and team collaboration.
• Partner with colleagues and other departments to understand, develop, and communicate the value proposition of products and services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Gain hands-on experience in sales cycle management, from lead generation to contract signing.
• Utilize and maintain sales data within the CRM tool (Salesforce.com)

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering / relevant engineering degree from an accredited university
• Previous internship or project experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point etc.) applications.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with high integrity and strong analytical skills.
• Team player with the ability to communicate effectively across functions.
• Highly organized and systematic, with solid time management skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
• Knowledge of industrial or energy sector technologies and solutions.
