Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Controls, FRO, and RCA teams to:
- Lead turbine controls RCA through the 8D cycle from start to finish
- Analyze and resolve complex control issues in turbine fleets
- Implement containment measures and corrective actions
- Manage defects and change requests
- Coordinate with Configuration Management to implement defect and RCA-related changes in PLM
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders via reports and presentations.
- Promote lessons learned, best practices, and standardization in design documentation and processes.
- Lead and participate in multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Utilize Six Sigma tools for process improvements and document successful projects.
- Develop and implement innovative design and development concepts to address technical challenges.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant wind engineering experience

- Knowledge of programming languages like C or Python.
- Experience simulating field issues for resolution.
- Ability to analyze large data sets to detect trends and determine root causes.
- Strong ability to interface with all organizational levels and external customers.
The base pay range for this position is $11,200 - 148,300 - 185,400 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses or other financial incentives, such as a performance variable incentive compensation. This posting is expected to close on April 20, 2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
