Job Description
Responsibilities of the Intern - assist Category Managers to:
- Provide administrative support to
- Support data gathering and analysis for Category initiatives
- Support making spend analysis for the Category Managers
- Support supplier classification process in FDL
- Manage contract archiving and tracking
- Manage saving reporting and tracking (iManage)
- Support supplier negotiation, e-auctions and communication as required
- Contribute to building and implementing best-in-class sourcing processes
- Support implementing Labor Services Category strategy by providing administrative support to global MSP program implementation

Candidate Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Having active student enrollment in Business or similar in Hungary
- Excellent understanding of key business processes and organizational dynamics
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident Excel, Power Point, Word knowledge
- Project management and change management experience is an advantage
- Availability: min 24-28 hours/week
- Previous sourcing or negotiating or legal or labor services experience is an advantage
- Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary.
- Hybrid / Home office based in Hungary
