Build the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) execution strategy and delivery model to accelerate learning rate and enable delivery of BWRX-300 units across the world according to targeted timelines and costs.

Essential Responsibilities
- Establish and publish approved project execution model guide including approved delivery model(s), contracting structure(s), and preferred partner(s)
- Alignment with EPC on best practices, product package to work with EPCs globally to get to cost target
- Identify as many learnings as possible from OPG1 for consideration by design team
- Responsible for contribution toward cost out target via learning rate and construction partner contributions
- Establish mechanisms by which construction learnings can feedback to GEV design and execution teams
- Determine contractual and partnership structures which can improve learnings capture; assess viability of incorporating with commercial teams
- Align with EPC relationship owner to evaluate EPCs for capabilities, fit with incentives and priorities, geographic presence and determine partner landscape/strategy (for relationship owner to negotiate and execute)
- Build, maintain and continuously improve reference model project schedules for high quality, on time delivery (in tandem with sourcing deliveries)
- Collaborate with Product Cost Reduction lead to establish capability and program for incorporating lessons learned and collaborating with EPC partners to drive standardization

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other STEM fields from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or project execution in the energy industry
- Minimum 8 years experience on large EPC projects
Eligibility Requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
- The preferred work locations is the Wilmington, NC Headquarters but highly qualified remote (US based) candidates will be considered
- This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- PMP Certification
The base pay range for this position is $154,000 to $205,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on Tuesday April 1st
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
