Job Description Summary
In this role, you will support the Senior HRBP EU on day-by-day activities, strictly connected with the Avenza Site HRLY population.
Main focus is on Talent Attraction & Retention, Payroll Support, Local Institutions Relations and Unions.
The role is based in Avenza (Carrara) and is intended to be performed on site.
Job Description
Some of the main tasks related to this role, for which you will support the Sr HRBP are listed below:
- Hiring: Support the pre-hiring process, from JD creation with the managers, to medical check before offer;
- DE&I: Being DE&I initiatives ambassador for the site, supporting global initiatives driven by HR Team
- Contractors: Support in managing leased workers companies relation;
- Unions: Gather Unions Reps daily necessity to be discussed with Sr HRBP;
- Disciplinary: Support in evaluating potential scenarios for disciplinary actions
- Local Institutions: Support in local institutions initiatives: Middle/High School orientation; Students' visits on-site; ...
- Employer Branding: Collaborate in all Site Initiatives organization; Manager interaction with Universities in order to participate to Career Day events;
- Compliance: Support in managing all the Italian Labour Law requirements: Protected Categories %; Leased Workers %; Unions Agreements; etc.
- HR Operations: Being the first point of contact for Employees on-site for any necessity (payroll, LoA, etc) related with GE COE to resolve.

Basic requirements:
- Fluency in English and Italian in writing and speaking
- MSc in HR Management or related fields
- Proven experience in managing complex client groups
- Excellent communication skills
- Local Italian contract knowledge
