What you will do (responsabilities):
- In this whole you will be responsible for vehicle distribution for the Pacific market of GM South America (Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia), comprehending vehicle allocation and tracking, revenue recognition targets, daily volume control with dealers, regional team, logistics and finance members.
- You will also manage distribution system and its rules for each market, besides following Company standards.

- Vehicle allocation process and invoicing in all markets (Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia),
- Tracking revenue recognition targets,
- Managing availability with production sources,
- Aligning the plan with Commercial leadership, other sales operations members (Short-term Forecasting and Pricing) and other internal areas (ex. Logistics, Finance)
- Support field team and dealers in the distribution process,
- Manage a team composed by 7 employees.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the following responsibilities and behaviors.
- Uphold GM's vision, values, and cultural behaviors

Additional Description
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and post-graduation/MBA in business, economics, marketing or other similar areas,
- Advanced English Level (Mandatory),
- Native Spanish,
- Previous experience in vehicle distribution flow (mandatory)
- Leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally, teach, and effectively influence without direct authority,
- Ability of building effective teams, leading people in different countries and to provide the team inputs to successfully navigate an ambiguous environment,
- Availability to live and work in Bogotá/COL
