Responsibilities:
What you will do?
- Drives commercial innovation based on insights for making Strategical Commercial decisions based on data trend analysis.
- Must actively contribute to achieving market share or profitability growth objectives by implementing the defined initiatives and strategies within GM, Dealership Network and other key external partner.
- Uses advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques to resolve a wide range of non-standard problems.
- Creation of launch campaigns, optimization of promotional campaigns and development of new proposals to strengthen the Market share / brand / nameplates / profit.
- Leads end to end commercial projects resulting in measurable business value across multiple functions or business units.
- Takes broad commercial challenges and, through independent professionally developed analysis, identifies and analyses options, and breaks them down into initiatives capable of implementation. Identifies opportunities and proposes solutions to improve internal processes, services, and structures to support functional strategies.
- Owns the development and delivery of solutions, driving cross team and group efforts. Leads by example, taking responsibility for their own actions, acknowledging mistakes, and holding themselves accountable for achieving goals.
- Partner with analytics and adjacent teams to accomplish objectives based on a predetermined set of expectations.
- Present information for decision making purposes with little to no direction at senior management level.
- Consistently deliver quality Results with personal and team work product and interactions with business partners, adjacent teams and chain of command.
- Formalize collaborative relationships that drive accountability across teams.

Additional Description
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: Business administration, engineering, marketing or similar
Master degree desirable
English Level: Advanced.
Required experience in similar position:
Proficient automotive industry knowledge and business acumen including marketing and vehicles sales experience.
- 4+ years of experience in automotive industry commercial roles.
- 1+ years of experience leading, guiding and improving dealership operations
Proficient knowledge of Dealership Vehicle Sales Operations:
- Dealer Financial Operating Report
- Dealership profit departments' structure and inter connectivity
- Consultative Selling Skills.
Effective oral and written persuasive and informative communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Desirable experience managing end to end projects using design thinking methodology.
