Join us!The Chevrolet Remote District Sales Manager professional has the responsibility to manage and engage our Chevrolet dealers by contacting and working with them. It means utilizing remote communication software (Microsoft Teams) to conduct proactive meetings with dealers to assist them in the sale of our products and services.They may be involved in various initiatives including developing and implementing marketing initiatives, inventory management, customer retention, and training. All to ensure that our dealers understand and succeed in selling our products to the final customer.A day in the life of a Chevrolet Remote District Sales Manager (DSM) is very fast paced, and no two days will be the same. To succeed in this position, you must like to connect and influence people, but also be able to manage your time properly.Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and additional GM PartnersGrow and foster partnershipsFacilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are metTrack dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunitiesMonitor Dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectivesAssist with Dealership inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizingAnalyze Dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunitiesIncrease sales of GM vehicles and Accessory parts to its customersAssist in customer problem resolutionTo succeed you will need to demonstrate:Ability to establish Relationships through partnership - this is your day-to-day routineAbility to deal with ambiguity - always growing and keeping up with the current market conditionsPresentation Skills - you will be the face of our company and brandCoachable mindset - being able to learn as you goTime Management Skills - ability to schedule and manage time to accomplish annual set goals metricsComposure and Conflict Management - Wining with integrity is one of our core behaviorsData orientation - you will manage reports and data daily

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree.2+ years in sales and customer serviceAble to perform well in a hybrid office environmentWillingness to travel occasionally (10%) to visit dealers in personAbility to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basisGM DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE.
