Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.The Role:Responsible for tracking, communicating, and improving shop metrics. He/ She is also responsible for operation sustain and improvement deployment as well as systematic culture improvement initiatives.What You'll Do:Responsible to close any safety gaps related to the assembly processDevelop MOC for any new process / activity create action planPerform effective SOT, Sentinel event reports develop action planResponsible for Quality issues problem solving analysis reportingResponsible for developing, introducing concept through ensuring effective implementation BIQ operating statements (PFMEA /PCP)Attend Submit requested problem solving One pagerParticipate with QE team to close open process gap submit one pager for the problem closing action planRelease update Process assembly documentsManage evaluate new P/Ns try out Planned changesPerform Random Process Audit on the Assembly line to identify /close process understanding implementation gaps.Report Justification for any Recorded Downtime related to MEsustain and improve manufacturing processesProvide technical assistance for shop issuesProcess control plan deployment and continuous statistical process developmentCreate, Modify and upgrade PFMEA /PCP in all operationsContinuous improvement activities and approaches in shop performanceSupport ME GCA score reduction and improve qualityIndirect Process material annual consumption reviewIndirect process material contracts review and initiation of renewal processFulfill all ME Score card requirements
