Work Arrangement:This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta (GA), Austin (TX), Detroit/Milford/Pontiac/Warren (MI) or Mountain View (CA), you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.Job Overview: The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will lead the operational processes and systems that support talent acquisition efforts across the organization. The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of recruiting strategies by managing tools, technology, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leaders to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and ensure compliance, while delivering a positive candidate experience. This role will report to the Global Head of TA Strategy & Operations with 7 direct reports. Key Responsibilities: Operational Efficiency: Design and implement scalable operational processes and workflows that improve the efficiency of the talent acquisition team. Systems Management: Oversee talent acquisition systems (ATS, CRM, etc.), ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Data & Reporting: Partner with our People Analytics Team for key talent acquisition metrics and dashboards to provide insights into recruiting performance, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors (job boards, background check providers, etc.) and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and quality services. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruiting processes adhere to employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reports to support audit requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals, budgets, and strategies that support talent acquisition efforts. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead projects to optimize talent acquisition workflows and tools. Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on system usage and best practices in recruitment operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR operations, with at least 2 years in a management or operational role. Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and HRIS systems and understanding of backend functionality.Strong analytical skills with experience in building and interpreting talent acquisition reports and metrics.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance.Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence decision-making processes.Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Experience with system integrations and process automation.Experience with Workday ATS.Compensation: The expected base compensation for this role is $127,900 - $200,100 USD Annually.Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.GM DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE.
