Description
As the Connected Services Business Manager, you will provide cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance the vehicle driving experience and empower our customers with advanced connectivity features. In this role you will drive monetization of our digital and connected business, deliver on long-term planning objectives, and capitalize on new revenue and growth opportunities. You will oversee both B2B and B2C initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands. In this role your primary responsibilities will be to deliver on sales and KPI targets, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive digital revenue growth and to secure successful go-to-market strategies, ensuring timely market launches while maintaining quality standards. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in connected services. Utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making and product planning. Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing models for connected services, including trial periods and subscription plans, to maximize revenue while remaining competitive in the market. Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the Connected Services digital product portfolio, including autonomous drive systems, fleet management solutions, driver passenger technologies, collaborating with GM headquarters to prioritize and orchestrate the the delivery these services in-region. Business Case Development: Create compelling business cases for new digital products and features, outlining market needs, revenue potential, and return on investment. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as vehicle product and planning, finance, marketing and sales to ensure alignment and successful execution and marketing of connected services. Customer Engagement: Engage with our Voice of Customer and Field Operations Teams to gather feedback, identify pain points, and drive product enhancements. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster loyalty and retention. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the performance of connected services initiatives. Analyze data regularly to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements related to connected services and customer data, and ensure compliance in product planning and deployment.

Additional Description
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in business development within the automotive industry, with a focus on connected services. Experience in connected services and subscription-as-a-service models in other industries will also be considered. Track record of delivering tangible business outcomes.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends to drive strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals. Knowledge of digital technologies and familiarity with emerging trends in connectivity and autonomous driving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
