The Integrated Insights Lead is a strategic role within the Marketing Intelligence organization, responsible for driving data-driven decision making across marketing campaigns and channels. This role will lead the development of marketing campaign performance objectives, analyze cross-channel data, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with marketing performance measurement, and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for brand leadership and top-level executives

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Measurement & Insights: Develop performance objectives and measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns. Lead post-campaign analysis to uncover insights and optimize future campaigns.
- Cross-Channel Analysis: Direct the production of cross-channel analyses, leveraging data to provide brand leadership with recommendations that drive performance improvements.
- Performance Targets & Forecasting: Provide business teams with performance targets and collaborating with internal teams to run forecast simulations to predict outcomes and guide decision-making.
- Agency Partnership & Data Quality: Partner with agency teams to maintain data quality and accuracy. Develop a learning agenda that includes objective led KPIs and critical business questions to answer to guide mid-campaign optimizations and final campaign read-outs for brand team understanding.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Prioritize and direct ad-hoc analyses on various marketing initiatives, providing timely and relevant insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Executive Presentations: Assist in the development of presentation deliverables to top-level executives including strategic frameworks, opportunity identification, and marketing spend analyses.
- Standardization & Success Metrics: Coordinate efforts to standardize marketing performance measurements and success metrics across brands to ensure consistency.
- Education & Alignment: Educate business partners on accurate performance measurements, aligning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and advising on how analytics can drive business decisions.
- Marketing Best Practices & Analytics: Assist in institutionalizing marketing best practices and analytic technologies, ensuring continuous improvement in measurement and optimization.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify, frame, and quantify marketing and advertising opportunities, leveraging data to uncover potential growth areas.
- Continuous Improvement: Present found testing opportunities, measurement, and data analysis, optimizing marketing efforts for better ROI.
Additional Description
Experience:
- 5+ years in marketing analytics, insights, or a related field within a marketing organization.
- Proven track record in developing and measuring marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and providing strategic recommendations based on data insights
- Experience managing cross-brand and cross-tier deliverables, integrating common themes from an omnichannel perspective.
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated thought leadership in data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth understanding of marketing performance metrics, strategic insights, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with both online and offline marketing channels, as well as CRM systems and creative measurement tools.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
- Experience using Adobe Analytics, Tableau and PowerBI
