Work Arrangement:

This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, Milford or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

The Role:

The HR Technology and Operations (HRTO) team manages strategy, operations, and governance of various HR applications such as Workday HCM and delivers end to end HR solutions for our business. You will be part of a team that is responsible to develop and deliver Workday solutions that drive our HR operations forward effectively and efficiently. Additionally, this team also provides tier-2 support for end users.

We are searching for a HRTO Workday Analyst who will function as a subject matter expert in the following areas within Workday:

  • Recruiting
  • HCM/Staffing

This role will involve collaborating, influencing, and working effectively with stakeholders across our business to develop and implement optimal technology solutions that streamline our HR operations. This role will require working flexible hours to accommodate global stakeholders and projects when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration efforts to deliver projects, operational changes and resolution of issues in Workday Recruiting and HCM Staffing areas.
  • Understand the needs and strategic direction of the business to translate those into technical deliverables in Workday.
  • Support business users in validation of Workday processes, data conversion and integrations.
  • Analyze current processes, future needs and assess gaps between as-is and to-be processes. Provide best practice recommendations/solutions in Workday to bridge the gap, including data and security changes that are needed to enable those.
  • Support biannual Workday Releases, partnering with business stakeholders to evaluate new features to create adoption plans to implement them.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of ways in which business is conducted to recommend improvement opportunities for configuration and use of Workday, as well as other HR Technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT professionals, and end-users.

Additional Description

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Workday Recruiting/HCM Staffing configuration experience (Workday Pro Certifications a plus)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience working in an HR business functions strongly preferred
  • Excellent public presentation, design judgment, situational judgement, consulting, learning agility, quality orientation, end-to-end process management, process improvement and timely problem solving skills.
  • Experience working in an agile project delivery environment.
  • Experience creating and processing EIB files to support mass business transactions.
  • Ability to act with urgency, deal with ambiguity and influence without authority.
  • Experience working with third party recruiting tools (i.e. CRM, HiredScore, Paradox) as well as other HR technologies is a plus

Compensation:

  • The expected base compensation for this role is $83,800 - $133,900 USD Annually.
  • Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
