Presencial - Esta posição exige que o funcionário esteja no local em tempo integral

O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades):

• Ponto focal de segurança para novos projetos na planta de SCS
• Responsável pela validação de segurança dos projetos de novos equipamentos e células automáticas de manufatura (G-DHS: Global Design for Health & Safety)
• Deverá dar os inputs necessários, no tempo correto, para garantir todos os safety enablers, garantindo a segurança de todos os operadores de manufatura
• Atuação e interação com todos os shops e áreas de manufatura da planta de SCS
• Deverá efetuar o controle de todas as pendências levantadas e garantir o perfeito tracking e escalation dos itens nas reuniões de projetos

• Focal point da planta na implementação/administração/treinamento de procedimentos globais de segurança para novos equipamentos (WSS PS18)
• Garantir que lessons learned de segurança estão sendo aplicados em projetos futuros junto as áreas responsáveis
• Liderar projetos de inovação de assuntos diversos da área de projetos
• Responderá diretamente para o supervisor de projetos

Additional Description

Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias):

  • Graduação completa em Engenharia, preferencialmente mecânica/elétrica/automação
  • Pós-graduação em andamento ou completa em Segurança e Higiene do Trabalho
  • CREA ativo
  • Inglês a partir de Intermediário (será necessário a comunicação em inglês de forma esporádica)
  • Conhecimento em Excel e Powerpoint a partir de intermediário
  • Conhecimento em processos e equipamentos de manufatura
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar (quando requerido) durante o shutdown, feriados e finais de semana
  • Disponibilidade para viagens (quando requerido) para executar validação de novos equipamentos em fornecedores
  • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente na planta de SCS.

O que pode lhe dar uma vantagem competitiva (Qualificações de preferência):

  • Desejável experiência em implementação de novos veículos (Global Vehicle Development Process)
  • Conhecimento em controle de custos referente a implementação de projetos
